 It's flour...I threw it in the air and let sunlight coming in the window hit it. I left the shutter open for 1/4 of a second to get the streaks. Oh....and the blue comes from the wall behind...

Might be too arty for a lot of folks here and it would probably do pretty well in the abstract challenge. I like it, the softness of the photo on the right balances this just right. good luck
