I got the bright idea today that with a little practice, I might be able to "stop a raindrop" in mid-air. Wow! Was I ever pleased!
Follow your rules for Basic Editting, I cropped the original, then used Auto Smart Fix, Noise Reduction, Dust & Scratches Reduction, and Enhanced Hue & Saturation. Starting to get the hang of this game. IIIIIIIII like it! Thanks for all your help! Stan

Is that rainfall or water running down a window. As there is no background blur I don't really get the feeling of motion panning, however I've enjoyed looking at this photo

Sorry, but everything is blurry. Part of the challenge description says:
"bring out foreground from background"
You did not do that.

I sort of see what you're doing here, but to me it just isn't a great example of motion panning as all of the drops are in motion. You needed something completely stationary in the background to really make it work.
