Cracking shot!
I agree with the comments about the tree - although I realise this isn't always the easiest thing to do on the fly...
I wonder whether this would have benefitted from a slightly lower viewpoint? Also not too sure about the square (?) crop - but I don't know what you may have wanted to crop out of the image. Just my 5 eggs worth...
I love the reflection on the spokes - it really helps to portray the speed element. And the panning and focus seem spot on.
More like this please!

Good stuff! The pedal crank is motionless and sharp whilst everything else is panned - good work. If you'd been able to crop him onto a thirds line, I think it would have been even more powerful. |

Nice job, this is a good picture. I do not really care for the tree that is between the boy and the camera though but other than that, pretty good. |

The subject is out of focus from the panning and the tree in the foreground is distracting. |
