Yes, lighthouses do reside in the countryside! :) I do want to see more of the sea and a bit less sky, but good image anyway.

I like big skies, especially when the sky is more interesting than the foreground and I'm definitely NOT a stickler for rule of thirds on this front but I do think the crop at the bottom feels a touch tight, a touch severe, a bit hemmed in. (I sound like a frigging thesaurus)

I like the subject matter and the light too.... nice and even.

The scene doesn't grab me particularly, so in that sense, I find it a little underwhelming or maybe just find the content boring.

But it is nicely exposed and nice light.

A bit much on the negative space. I would rather use the DPC real estate to see the detail of the scene... The gulls are a bit of a distraction too.

I am so drawn into this picture, your colors are beautiful. I love that you got the birds in there, and you can actually tell that they are birds!
