I love those thermometers! Excellent shot, the only thing that might have made it better is if you had cropped to 640x427 instead of 640x480. Also, the image (or at least the thermometer) seems tilted slightly counterclockwise.

Great idea and good photography. One suggestion - Cropping more to just one of the bubbles could have made a strong abstract - or at least cropping out the sides. Good work!

You need to change the background. Try it with sky, or a 'field' of colours.

i love the idea. things that i would've considered doing differently during the execution are: a neutral background, making sure your horizon is level. just a tad less direct light so that the top is not quite as bright. -- gr8photos (5)

I really like this photo. The only thing I don't like about it is the background. The outside light does help this photo quite a bit, but you may have considered holding up a dark or a light cloth behind the thermometer to remove some of the background... good shot :) = 8 - jmsetzler

I love these thermometers. The outdoors as a background was distracting and the distortion from the curvature detrated (for me) from a lovely concept.

A fun idea, but a little busy. I think I would have made the backgroung a bit more plain to focus attention on the theometer.

rather intriguing composition

I would have liked to see this taken up closer. Still nice.

different and good. i like the idea, but it feels like somethings missing. i think the background is out of place.

This is really cool, but the background takes away from it. A solid white would probably have worked well here. Good job in all other respects.

Good question, I can't tell (see title, joke) Nice shot. I like how the edges of the thermometer cut off the temp bulbs, very interesting. Lots of interest, good focus and lots of great color. Photo 9 Transparency 9 total 9 swash

This is okay, would of done better [IMHO] if the the backgound was less distracting. I know it's a pain and would mean setting something up....! The colors are good and it's interesting. Keep clicking. Kee

good idea but IMO it would have been better implemented against a solid background...the brick and foliage are distracting.

This would have looked great with a black piece of cardboard or other dark color behind it!!!The siding and shrubs are very distracting.

Think its really cool!

Bothersome background. Could have moved it to a better location or even put a piece of paper behind it. I like the close-up though and the reflecting light.
