Really disappointed with where this finished. If it's any consolation I like yours better than my entry, which finished 30th.

Nice. The lighting really works here.

Very nice! At first I thought that being "upside down" added to the power of the image. After all, a shot from directly above doesn't really have a natural orientation and the way you put them helps say that they are drained and empty.

But the shot is actually not from directly above; you can see the bottom of one of the bottles. I rotated the image 180 degrees and found that it looks more natural.

In any case, I like it either way.

I like the idea of this one. The frosted glass works well here.

I think its slightly underexposed, also try rotating the photo so the bottles point up. Other than that I like it, a nice blue tone, very moody.

Great luninesence. Bottles are well placed, create neat line and a simple composition that is very pleasing. The lighting won the day! Nicely done. 10

Very clever composition as well as sympathetic toning and processing. The idea expressed by the soil and the title lifts this above the run-of-the mill bottle studies. 8.

I think this would have worked better had you not rotated it. It makes the bottles look like they are falling.
