This is an almost daily piece of magic - the reflection of the sun setting on the building. Some days are better than others. Unfortunately this was not the best day.

Post-processing: Crop, remove colour, play around until I got a tone with the right mood, unsharp mask, save for web.

You have a great score, so I'll keep this brief. I liked it and gave it a 7. I didn't notice any rotation problem, but I'd enjoy a bit more exposure in the dark areas of the picture. It may be hard to do it without blowing the sun however. I think primarily I speak of the boat, which looks like a undefined mass instead of a boat. In advanced, you could dodge it, but here you were stuck. I like the orange tone, gives the right impression and is nice and strong. Works in this picture.

It seems to me that this is a great picture. The only problem that I come up with is that the left side is where all the focus goes. Because the right side is so dark, it appears that the interest is lost. Maybe by sharpening or brightening the right side you could attract more attention to the buildings in the shadow. This may also be a downfall of losing complete color.

I'm guessing here, but I reckon this would have looked better in colour as the reflection suggests a low, setting sun which probably looked cool. That being the case, why convert to sepia just for the sake of entering the challenge? Also, the building seems to have a bit of lean going. :-)
