like it but I think it would be even better with a little bit darker sky?

Like the pic but too bad the girl could not be in focus more. I am just starting out so dont take my comment to serious.

hooray for fire poi. :-)

Is one of her chains shorter, or is that just an effect of a wide angle lens that one ring is inside the other? fun.

have you seen Nazgul's shot of this sort? I'm afraid that's become the standard in my mind, and any such photo will have to compare favorably to that one in order to get a good score from me.

The orange glow of the horizon looks good, but I think the light in the foreground could be a little more balanced... seems too dark on the right side. Overall a good shot though. 6

I think the girl in the photo is very attractive a superb composition. Well cropped. The only picture in this challange to follow the theme.

I love the colors in this shot. Maybe its just me, but i think it would have been slightly more effective if the grass in the bottom left corner wasnt such a hot spot. Great job though.

Interesting idea for a shot. Would have been miles better, in my opinion, if she'd been standing straighter and wearing something more appropriate. Because she's on a third line, because she's illuminated, and because she's in the middle of the circles, the eye is drawn right to her body (actually, mine goes straight to her bottom and tummy), and her baggy low-rise jeans, exposed midriff, and seeming slouching posture detract from the otherwise quite interesting shot you've set up.

P.S. I'd have liked to see it without the outside light on as well.

This cries out for a series like this with different surroundings. I like it!

Spot on the challenge (thank god someone is). I've seen a few of these and this is better than most because of the sky and the light coming from behind her.
