 This is the first time I\'ve tried \"painting with light.\"
Process: Purchased artificial fruit. Set up arrangement in a totally dark room. Illuminated with a medium-sized flashlight with a piece of wax paper over the light for some diffusion. Set camera to aperature priority and used the self-timer. Began the exposure and quickly turned on and off the flashlight. Shot in RAW. Post-processing included levels, brightness, and saturation. Added a border, resized for web.

Beautful lighting. Even better IMO if you had used less plastic-looking fruit. It's just a little TOO smooth. 9

very baroque. I would have liked to have seen real fruit rather than plastic, but I like the composition and color. :o)

I'd like this better if these were real, with water droplets. Nice placement and use of negative space.
