 I had to go to our local auto parts store to pick up something, and there on the wall of trinkets hung this blue-light flashlight with a wand on it. Kind of a miniature Star Wars Jedi light. It's about 6 inches long which was way too long for the effect I needed in painting so I masked off both ends where it was only about inch and a half of light.
I applied light to the paint can first, then used my Jedi wand to create the blue colored paint. No photoshop adjustments were made, other than crop and applied Neat-Image to smooth the blue a little bit.

Nice photo - but the paint can says "flat black." Hope they didn't mislabel a can of "neon blue light" at the paint store... ;-)
