Unfortunately this does not meet the challenge. It's very nice and would do well some other time but not for this challenge. I hate to give you a low score but I can't score a great image high even when it's clear that the challenge is not met. 2

I'm sorry, but I just cannot find the 'non-stationary light source' that this image is being lit by. Pity, coz it's a nice shot.
