Lovely subject. For such charm one would prefer not the catchlights of a softbox, but outside of this minor item, the image is adorable. Bump. |

Great composition and I like the crop a lot. I think it would be better without the red in the whites but that square catch light does not work for me, at least where they are (maybe in the whites, it would work). |

The large squares of reflecting light are a distraction here, especially when you've titled the entry "Blue Eyes" which directs us right to it. Otherwise, the shot is well done. |

I'd say pale blue or blue grey but beautiful. Well balanced and good choice. |

This would be really nice if it wasn't for the softbox highlights being directly in her pupils. Its very distracting. 6 |

Another wonderful portrait to vote on and view for this challenge. I like how you composed this shot. The model is attractive and has a very natural expression on her face. I hope someday I can get portraits like this one out of my camera. Well done, 10 from me. |

Pretty young lady. The lighting seems a bit harsh on the eyes |

spectacular shot! the blue background works so well with her golden hair and earings, and not to mention that it brings out her eyes even more. focus is great, lighting is flattering and i like the composition. again, beautiful shot :) (fave) |

Great lighting - very nicely executed. Strong use of the compositional restrictions of this format too, and fine detail and all the rest is there. I would wish the eye reflections of your big softlight weren';t directly over her pupils - gives the weirest sense of her being blind to me - eyes need that depth of black in the pupil to carry their message, and only the slightest change of angle would move that reflection to somewhere more appealing. I'll be intrigued to see how far that affects your score - how far people really notice, and how far people subconsciously notice. |

okay, this is an image to be proud of, except for one thing! the highlight in the eyes from the soft box almost completely cover the pupil |

Nice photograph. The squares (whether on purpose or not) tend to detract from the photograph IMHO. Well done. |

Impressive portrait, your model has a very natural expression! The post processing is good. Far too many people over process their portraits and lose too much detail, especially in the eye whites. Here the skin detail and the detail in the eyes is top! |

Beautiful portrait. The eyes and background!! I usually odn't like jewelry but this really adds, as it peeks out from behind her jawline. Truly lovely. I might clone out the red in the whites of her eyes. Her skin and lips - beautiful. |
