Quite a challenge to freese the action using slow shutter. But the thing is to use the flash in darkened room. So the virtual shutter speed is much higher.

"In 2 seconds sir" is a piece that definatly grabs your attention in the 2 second challenge. You have defiantly meet the qualifications of the challenge.

I love how bold you were with the piece. The color choice was probably a love it or hate it factor for voters. I personally love the contrast. I would be curious to see a white background but I really think compared to this one it would just seem dull. It is amazing how much the liquid looks unreal, almost like a ribbon, especially in the stream. I really am surprised you didn't score higher. Most the time bright, full frame images just capture the voters.

I think you composition is just prefect, not too tight at all. Too much more of the glass would take away from the movement of the liquid. Really great work here.

The colorful backround really helps to accentuate your picture.

Excellent clarity. I may have chosen something other than the lime green for the backing color.

Beautiful liquid image, the red wine color is superb (in a natural way) but the choice of the neon green background is terrible, it doesn't compliment the dark burgundy color. Still a 6 for me.

I know that green makes red pop, but am not sure about the color green you picked? love the red in the liquid though! great idea for the challenge.

How can a frozen motion shot be a two second exposure?
