 Taken early morning on the beach in Vleesbaai, close to Mosselbay, South Africa.

Processing: NEF to jpg, cropped, straightened horizon with rotate and lens correction, gradient layer to darken sky, selective colour adj. layer, and, finally, dragan action for drama.

The detail in the foreground rocks make this picture interesting. Throw out the rule of thirds, and cut the top off a bit more.

Great mood you've depicted here ... just a suggestion when you add this to your dpcprints: clone out or crop that piece of island on the right, once I saw it, my eyes got pulled me in preventing me from exploring your excellent shot. Beautiful division into three layers. 9.

Nice shot, I really like it but I to be honest, what goes through my head as I watch this is that I am looking at only half of the photo, the left half, you understand what I mean? Anyway, still very nice so I gave it a 7.

This is so pretty! I love how a long shutter speed makes water look. I wanted some beautiful water like this for my shot, but there was none to be found. This undoubtedly turned out better than mine would have anyway :) Fantastic printworthy photo!!!

The fourground has some nice shadow texture and color but the sky seems a bit flat.

wonderful...that little eeny weeny bit of land on the right hand side bothers me a little, but I love the tone and mood of this and the colours in the foreground
