hi all, i thought that i will have no entry for low key challenge but fortunatly i was in the walk with my son today and took few photos, this was one of them. ok ... here we go ... seeing an abandoned building in center of my small hometown is really a shame and it saddnes me a lot ... but i hope some day in near future this will be recovered .. so i pulled out of this photo some nice colors that should give more brightness to the future of this and every abandoned buliding ... hopefuly.

wow, this is gorgeous. I gave it an 8 at the time. I underrated it!

Goran - this was one of my favorites from the challenge - I suspect some thought it wasn't low key, but I loved it. Well captured and well presented!

The composition is interesting and most of the pixels in the frame are black. Black pixels alone do not make a good low key picture. I'd call this more high contrast. Your pixels within the area of interest are mostly light. This does have the potential to be low key, but there needs to be more tonality in the shadowed areas and less bright white.

Nice shot, but looks a little oversaturated.

OH cool. I like the yellow/blue complementary thing you have going on. Man, it'd be perfect with the silhouette of something in the doorway.
