It may well be a 2 second exposure, but it doesn't seem to be a very creative way to make use of that requirement.

Nothing in this shot really draws me in. The light off the bird seems to wash out it's color, while the reflections of the flash or light source on the chain emphasis it over pretty much everything else. The black and white stripes distract from the clean lines of the background.

For an image like this, I would like a little more dynamic composition, instead of the decoration being situated in the middle of the photo. Also, the chain isn't really vertical but the decoration is not really swinging, so the chain looks strange to me hanging off to the side a little. Finally, the grain on the photo makes it look like the object is out of focus.

poor little guy, hanging there for 2 seconds.. did he scream (grin) nice colors

Washed out looking, interesting the texture of the fabric is visible but the details of the hummingbird are lost. Cool orange glow at the bottom though.
