With both the foreground and background being so soft in the focus, instead of wanting to linger on this photo, my inclination is to quickly move on because it hurts my eyes. I understand that your focal point is the middle of the frame, but it doens't work veyr well. Otherwise, I do like the shot. Had you zeroed in on the obect in the background, or maybe a bug or something in the fore, it would have worked much better, I think. |

I perceived an optical illusion as I saw the picture with more attention, know that I'm interested in seeing this picture in better detail |

What a great perspective, I love it! Makes me feel really small looking at this. However I think the duotone is a little strong for me anyway. Nice shot! |

Excellent shot, good play with the focus and the color, the winner for me. |

Excellent vantage point. I think a little for DOF is in order to lead the eye more down the path. |

I like the angle and perspective that you chose here, I like that it is not a color photograph anymore, gives it an old feel and makes it warm and home like... 8 |

I like the unusual perspective. Did you get mud on your knees? :D Nicely framed by the grass at the sides and the greenery at the top. Good DOF too. |

I like the Sepia tones and the choice of focus. A different perspective! |

This shot would have been much more effective with a greater depth of feld OR with the focus on background rather than somewhere in the middle |
