 This was inspired by Terje's The Splash of a Kiwi.

Just as in Terje's shot, this is a photo of a kiwi dropped into an aquarium, and the photo is then rotated 180 degrees to give this effect. I decided to put my own twist on it, rather than attempt an exact copy of his shot.

That shot didn´t ribbon so technically this doesn´t meet the challenge but I am not going to mark you down for that since that shot is one of my favorites. Why didn´t you copy my shot instead :) I would have given you a 10 straight away, hehe. Anyway, this is pretty well done but what really sets the original apart from this is the backround, it´s just to sterile and boring in this shot but very interesting and flattering to the subject in Terjes shot. Other than that, well done, especially on the technicals. Gave this a 7.

The water looks great. Something about the kiwi is bothering me. Like it's not perfectly in focus, or the lighting could be better.

Absolutely awesome!!!

I spent near 5 minutes staring at it trying to figure out how you did it. the bubbles on the bottom left of the kiwi tell it.
