Notebook taken on a mirror with a flashlight used behind the paper. The paper was kept up by double sided tape and a paperclip, then during the exposure i used an led flashlight that had a strong blue tint to bring out the color. Shot in raw and then change light temp to (4700) and tint(+140) quite abit to get the color shades. Ran through neat image and USM rotated 90 degrees. I'll see you right smack in the middle of the votes as only half the people get my style :)

Very creative. Reminds me of one of those tacky 70's plastic swag lamps. Would love to see it at the full allowed size.

I really want to like this more. I really wish the left edge didn't cut off the curve.

Gorgeous light and color, took me three takes to see what it was.

Such a shame the top and left side are cropped off - I feel this would have been better with more space around it. Good colours.

Good shot but not a macro per say.

Nicely colored and exposed notebook, but it doesn't appear to be macro or abstract.

First glance: It's a bit onion like.
Nice effect and nice colours. Really does have an "onion" look to it. Great contrast between the harsh edges on the right and the softer feel of the left. I like.

Lovely shot - very abstract, but I don't think it qualifies as a macro tho.

This fasinates me as the colors, form and composition really make this a strong abstract. It is a spiral book folded and using a reflection as well.....great image....."WOW" factor as well.....
