Interesting background decision. I would not have expected this to work, but it does. Good job. |

Very cool! I don't really like your choice of background (the newspaper) |

Not quite sure about the newspaper as a background.. but I love the pattern of the light and the creative idea! |

Racing results? Is this significant? Good gamble on this pic. It paid off! |

Lovely pattern formed by the glass. I do rather like the newspaper idea, but would prefer if the lines on the paper were perfectly straight. |

I love the light pattern, it is very elegant, but the newspaper background really hurts this shot. |

Wonderful pattern. Might have worked better as a square crop tho. |

I really like the pattern that the light throws, but I think I might have preferred a different background. I think this would look really nice on a colored backdrop. |

I like the patterns created by the light, but I think they would have shown up better on a plain background. |

I love the glass and the reflection. I'm not crazy about the newspaper, makes it look too busy. Try blue/green or black background. Otherwise, great photo |

Quite novel. I find the refracted patterns so interesting that I wish the newsprint had been blank. I imagine there might be other treatments of the basic arrangement that would make the printed page add to the conposition, but I think those might involve eyeglass frames, leather book bindings, and ( not sure how to do it ) even a bit of amber fluid at the bottom of the glass. |

Nice idea and a very pretty pattern, but I have no idea why you sat this on top of a crooked newspaper ????? I wish the background was a strong PLAIN primary color, and perhaps with a square crop. |
