I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.
This photo is too small and the frame too large. Also, the child is showing emotion, but most children do not contain their emotions or actions making them prime targets for candids and not having to have the candid photographer step out of the comfort zone. I'm afraid this isn't one of my prime choices for a ribbon here. |

I think you've captured 'despair', even though it's only a child (Hopefully just scratching his/her nose!) Poor little thing. |

VERY good, try bigger size next time.
Background, DOF, and focus are perfect!... and look at the colors! |

I would try a smaller border or not at all, most voters dont like them. I think in this photo the space taken up by the border would have been better used to have a larger version of the actual image so that a viewer could look more at the details of the child. But i do really like how it is cropped/framed |
