I like the image very much. The lighting is good, the detail is there, and the angle of the log through the image adds interest (compared with if you had looked at the log from straight on the side or something).

I don't know what Mose is though, I think you mean Moss, but I think (I could be wrong) this is lichen. I wish people would be careful with their titles, it's an important part of the presentation of your work.

The depth of field is your enemy here. If your camera doesn't have the ability to give you really small apertures (f16-F32) then try getting more square onto your subject so that the distances are much smaller.
