 Comments Made During the Challenge

I'm not much for receiving or giving comments, but since Candids are
near and dear to my heart, I have decided to give comment on every entry
in this challenge.

Nice photo for another challenge maybe, but not the candid. In photography, one expects to see a person or persons in an out of the ordinary pose or situation that shows a story or emotion. Here we have a nice photo of the moon. No real candid here.

just the type of shot i expected to see in the candid challenge. if your score isn't where you would like it to be, you might want to read this thread

I guess an picture of an inanimate object will always be a candid. Or maybe you were going for the latin meaning of the word.

Would have been nicer if twigs were in focus.

is not a candid

Sorry, but a picture of the moon does not classify as candid in my opinion.

Nice attempt, unfortunately it doesn't include an unposed person or animal to meet the candid challenge. OOF central branches are annoying, and moon exposure is a bit blown-out.

Sorry, don't see the connection to the challenge. ???

Over-exposed, I think, and one would ideally prefer a touch more interaction in ones candids.

Ummm, Candid??
04/12/2006 09:24:41 PM
Did you honestly think this would qualify as a "candid shot"?

Not a candid, I am sure the moon saw you take this picture.

I like the DOF in this. Felt the mood, congrats. :)

HuH? Please don't tell me you entered this seriously thinking it meets the challenge.

Moom as a candid subject?
