 I've never photographed anything like this before - a "studio shot" - and I know there's a lot that's wrong with it. The chrome isn't reflecting anything interesting. The french press is too far from the vase. And WHERE'S THE STEAM? I filled the thing with boiling water and no steam would come out. Go figure. Also I don't think the black background really works here, the objects shouldn't be floating. But even knowing it won't score well I'm curious to hear what others think.
