Editing: Changed white balance to 3100K; reduced brightness by 1 f/stop; cloned out some dirt, lint, scratches; cloned out the additional FDHD-drive (after I learned it has been introduced in 1987, not 1986);
cloned out a distracting part of the keyboard cable; adjusted levels for whole image to 2/0,78/225; adjusted levels for monitor to 0/1,00/68;
adjusted hue/sat. for whole image to 0/-20/-5 ;
ajusted hue/sat. for monitor and surrounding area to -10/-75/+10; 
applied slight gaussian blur to selected areas;
cropped; resized; resized again; applied USM; added frame; saved for web.

I have one of those too! (and an SE/30 and a Mac Plus)

although this technology was new and awesome back in 86 it seems like it owould have fit better in the something old challenge seeing how it was 20 year old technology, but as a studio shot i like it alot. EDIT: I changed my mind as I thought about it more and it fits in this category, since the category is not new now just something, probably way more then you expected to hear!

If this was new 20 years ago it is now old. I don't like the waves the black material makes on the keyboard.
