I think a different color back ground may have been better here, the black on the baby seems to blend in with your black back ground.

What a cutie! Only thing I would change is the background. Black background for a baby/Easter pic just doesn't seem to bring out the softness one would expect from such a shot.

She only has one foot? I think the image is a bit underexposed, at least by her foot it is. Perhaps a white background would have helped you here. Wal-mart sells a white sheet for $3 that works nicely for me.

Love the child, just don't like the lighting here. I guess it is the on camera flash on a small camera.
Try doing the photo again with some other external light source e.g. Halogen work light to the left and a reflector on the right. The results will be much better.
