Just stumbled across this photo while looking at examples of the Nikon 85mm f/1.4D lens. Terrific photo, it reminds of me American Psycho -- not to imply anything about the model! :-)

It´s almost perfect. One of the best that fits the challenge. Maybe a slight improvement would be to center the tie more precisely. But, of course, he´s "new".

The lighting is daring here. Since this is a studio type image, I might have shifted things around a bit and used a gigantic wide coffee cup ... and perhaps tried to make the model look less intimidating (since the title is "fresh start" ... but this guy looks like he's getting ready to lay off 16 employees (I guess that would be a fresh start for them too :) ! Nonetheless, I'm usually not that picky - especially with a perfectly lit images such as this. 7
