A blind street performer at Pike Place Market... a really, really, really bad street performer.

Used Meera's 100mm macro lens.

Very cool processing - the grunge works well with the subject. Almost looks like he's sneezing. ;-) Even if he's a bad street performer, you made him look good here. Great color tones.

He reminds me of Chris Farley's "in a van down by the river" character. :) I have to admit, the background is so rich and colorful that my eyes tend to wander there. But again, I really like the overall grunge feel.

Love your treatment of the photo... you caught his "soul" well... you really have no way of knowing he is a performer in this shot... If it werent for your notes, I would have been left wondering "whats up with this dude". If it is a cropped shot, would leave more space and or show what he is performing... that aside, really nice work...

brilliant, love the moment you captured, the colours are great and the background really compliments the overall mood, the tight crop eliminates any distractions

One of the best candid portraits I've seen. Nice job on the capture and the post processing.

Nice capture. Like the expression. But he doesn't stand out enough. I think the background colours are too similar to his face.

This is a very cool image. There's so much going on in this image, from the dirty old, poorly folded collar on his shir to the amazing background and back to his facial expression, all of which include wonderful colors, and textures, and tones. The only thing that seems a little weird is the white spot right in front of his mouth. Only because it is the only white in the image, and it's right in front of his mouth...as if it's coming from this mouth.

I like this one a lot. I love the grungey feel. Very "dirty" image. My only suggestion would be to leave a little more space on the left. The face seems too tight to the boarder.

This has so much character and looks like it has a aging quality as well..... I really like this as it shows emotion.....

Interesting PP! Great portrait of a street performer. The colour and tones look good. Judging by your comment, I'm glad we can see him and not hear him! ;)

This is my favorite of your new uploads. I love the PP treatment you gave it. It has so much personality and passion. The color tonation is awesome as well.
You're amazing as always.
