Nice expression of concentration on the boy! Like your choice of sepia for that "nostalgic" feeling. Would have cropped a bit more from the right as th hat-brim and shirt of his companion detract a little. |

Nice capture. Personally I would have cropped out the left side to about half the glove. (I know, I hate it when people tell me how theywould crop my picture,) but the white shirt on the man in background is very distracting. I like this shot. |

The strength in this photo is the depth of field. The focus on the kid and his glove is really nice and the background is isolated with the blur. I like the toning you have chosen, but the tonal range looks a little flat. Perhaps a curves adjustment would fix this right up and add some needed contrast. Good eye and Go Braves. At least I think that's a tomahawk I see on the right there. |
