Greetings from the CC
Well, I hate critiquing good shots, what can you say that is helpful?
This is a really nice shot, beautiful spot in the world. My 2 suggestions would be lose the black border, I really do not think it adds much to the shot, and IMO it is distracting. The other thing I would do is a fair bit of dodging in the foreground 'circle' or you could put a subtle lighting effect on that area, just to add a little umph to it. Really nice sky, my guess is you took this in fairly bright light at a high shutter speed? Overall a beautiful shot.

Congrats on the great finish!

Absolutely breathtaking scene. Congratulations on your high scoring finish (surprised it didn't finish in the top 10). Beautiful...

Nice shot... I wonder if you're getting hammered for the "letterbox" effect, which is very redolant of 70's dinosaur movies shown on TV. :) Extra point for that.

Familiar location the black bands really spoil this, especially since this location won a ribbon in the last couple of months - and it was better so you're inevitably going to be judged against that rather than on the merits of this shot.

seems more like a movie still than a movie poster...but it's too beautiful for me to give it a low score. 8

Just a hint of flesh would have made this more interesting, but at least you have that circle of stones. I worry this is just an archeological documentary since you didn't have anything more dramatic to photograph. Sure is a pretty shot, though.

Great photo, I really like the composition and the warm color tones. Seems a little bit too dark to me though. Excellent photo!

A bit too dark and high contrast on my monitor which I recently calibrated. Did you produce this on a laptop? 6

I can see a huge dinosaur lurking off in the distance. Love the title too. Beautiful tones and the prehistoric aspect works perfectly here.
