A beautiful photo of a beautiful animal. Well done! Some small catchlights to add a bit of life to the eyes might make it even better.


There are some light reflections, at least in the one eye. Maybe a little sharpening would bring that out more. Anyway, just a thought.

Good!! This is great. Only thing that could better this was a slightly deeper DOF to bring the back into focus.

based on your image, I'd say this is a documentary about eagles (hawks?). It's okay, but has no distinctive draw. Public television will probably pick it up, though.

what I am looking for in this challenge is for a creative 'wow' shot that would go on a movie poster. I think that's what the challenge is all about...I am not sure this one would attract too many cinema goers...it's an excellent shot, but the title doesn't help it...sorry
