The first one of these that I saw had a much better title. With no photo, we're going solely on the title. This one's not good. |

Sorry, that was way too predictable to be enjoyable on any level. |

This is my favorite of the two. Yours captured the drama of the scene better than the other.
The noise suggests that you actually did take a picture. |

Somebody had to do it. That's how most of my lens cap pictures have turned out over the years. |

You know, when I read the title of the challenge (last week), I expected to be rating dozens of black shots. Apparently, this is the only one that's been entered (or, I haven't yet stumbled across any others [I've been through many, though]). I wan't to give you either a "10" for having balls, or a "1" for being lazy and clichéd (and trying to get away with being so). I see noise, so I think you actually did take the shot, and not just make this in Microsoft Paint...FINE: "10"! |

A lot of dust on your lenses :) Brave step to take (shooting with lenscap on). That is really a main subject, although the lack of context makes it difficult to judge. |

Maybe your lenscap IS the main subject of your photo, but we shouldn't be forced to rely on your title to know that. Maybe you consider it "thinking outside the box" but photographically there is no interest, so you get points for meeting challenge (and only because you told me you did) but none for anything else. |

Yadda yadda, been done before and nothing I find even remotely funny anymore... Gave you a 5, don´t feel like you deserve a brown ribbon for such little effort... |

Too easy, been done many, many times before, and doesn't move me at all, as it is the lazy way out, re the subject of this challenge. |
