Ha, it’s “Risky Business” just associating yourself with Tom Cruise these days, what a nut! (A rich nut! But still a nut!)

Well, this is just a standard shot taken with a 50mm lens, shutter release cord and a desk lamp (and RayBan’s – had to dig through a few boxes to find those bad boys!). Converted to BW in Adobe RAW – decided to saturate a little at the end as the pic was a little too gray – I like the final affect.

I couldn’t hope to compete with the self-portrait artistic talents of a MandyTurner, Arti-Elvi, Ennil, Pedro or Annah (to name a few) – they are all way out of my league…..ssooooo, I'm not really worried about the score - just thought I’d go for the basics and finally introduce myself to DPC after 37 challenges (fyi, you got a glimpse of me in my Education challenge).

I am Mark, I am me, I am macpapas! Hello DPC!

Simple, understated and well done. The eyes are perfect and the composition and perspective good.

I like the shallow DOF in this shot. The focus on your eyes is very good and the catchlights are great. I like the composition and full tone range.

Clone out the light reflection caught inthe sunglasses and you should be good to go.

Like it. Maybe clone the light out of the left lens a bit. Nice sharp eyes. Good composition.
