 Me riding. Had a lot of out-takes, it was taken using self timer. It's probably going to get voted down because it doesn't appear to be a portrait (judging by the rediculous critera discussed on the forums regarding those), but I had fun and got some more experience shooting it.

Used a fairly long exposure to get the 'ghost' type of effect on the parts of me that were in front of the light sky. Getting my head and body in front of the tree was dumb luck, but it worked well.

Edited quite a bit - 'contrast masking', curves, 'film grain' on soft light blend with the light and dark layers from the contrast masking mode, adjusted opacity of the dark a little, used 'motion blur' on it and used a curves layer over it to fix colors and lightness a bit. Unsharp mask with large radius and small amount in Lighten and Darken blend modes, and regular sharpen. Fixed the colors with some curves, hue/sat and selective color, burned the bright house in the background a little.

Photographically, this also kicks some serios tail... Or whips some tail...

Good action but your arm and sky are exposed the same so you lose parts and a simpler background would help
