Levels, curves, channel mixer, selective colour to take some red out of the face
Gaussian Blur excluding eyes and mouth.

Always nice to see what the people look like who comment all the time! Nice shot but 193rd place sux, should have done a lot better!

I like the honest sense of this. You're not really smiling, but your facial expression is pleasant. This would be cool in black and white as well. Good luck!
