Of all the "DNMC" conceptual shots, I liked this one the best. It really made me think, and I spent a bit of time with it. I'm not suprised that it did poorly; just because it's pretty far away from the box (like in a different room), but I didn't expect it to get the brown. I gave it a 6. Thanks for sharing it; and don't let that score curb your enthusiasm. |

i love the idea of this image, but i think you could have pulled it off better, definitely.

Wow, last place. I knew I was going down, but I thought there would have at least been a couple of cell phone in the mirror pics I beat out. By far my most commented on photo. |

I lied. I gave you a 9. This is my highest score to a brown ribbon ever. You rock! |

I'm not sure exactly what the orange flare is on the left side of the picture but it definitely distracts from the rest of the image... |

odd - this is the sorta thing that won't score well but has artistic value. interesting approach. I like the title too. |

I think I understand, but unfortunately the execution isn't that great in my opinion. |

You're a big orange blue in real life too? |

30 minutes of your life. you were overgenerous and end up giving us just a ball of light. but what can we really know of a person anyway? at least here we sense that we've shared something with you, even if ignorantly. A profound statement on the limitations of the observer. 8. |

Abstracts don't seem to fit in with a portrait challenge. I have seen abstracts made up of objects that the photographer feels describe him, but turning yourself into a red blob doesn't make it for me, sorry. |

Interesting shot. I like the glow of the city. But that about does it for me on this one. The blur of orange on the left is just a distraction. |

Ay ay, sorry, not doing a thing for me this shot, there is nothing aesthetically pleasing about this photo and the blob/blur on the left is just really grabbing all my attention. Sorry, just not my cup of tea, if you are wondering why I am telling you this it´s because I gave you a low score and I am explaining why. |

I like this. It has damn all to do with a self portrait, at least in the literal sense, but I don't much care about that. And really, the only person who CAN decide if it's a self-portrait or not is the only one who can't vote on it. So I'll vote for you: 8. |
