Hi, my name is Kari and from the critique club.
First Impression - the most important one:
Cool concept ... now if only I had thought of that.
Composition:
nicely done with the hand on the thirds line.
Subject:
meets the challenge well.
Technical (Colour and light):
I really like the colours in this shot ... the lighting also works well to compliment what you are trying to achieve.
To grow its vote?:
I think this shot did well ... I am not sure how to grow its vote.
Summary:
you did well ..this is a little out of the box .. so a good challenge for all.

A) Ignore the 1s and 2s. Everybody gets a few so it all evens out. Just troll voting.
I like the idea. It's a nice shot. The biggest problem, and it isn't really a problem in reality, is there isn't a ton of "wow" to the shot. It is also quite centered which leads to a static composition. Focus and colors are excellent. Lighting is well done. You are on the upper end of the range I comment on and I can easily tell. There isn't as much for me to comment on. |
