First impression; nice looking model :)
You are able to draw the attention to you subject very well by a good placement and the backgroung being mostly black, the only thing that distracts me is the blown out sky. the image would look much better if you crop the top part IMO.
Overall, I like the technical quality of the image.

The black and white makes the image rather flat except for the model. Selective desaturation would have worked great for this image I think. Having the model the only thing in color would drawn the eye to the subject even more rapidly. Well done! |

Looks a little too cold for that!!! Nice composition and I really like the B&W, nice tonal range - shame you didn't get any clouds on the day. 8 |

Looks kinda frigid to me... maybe a sepia tone instead of b&w would've conveyed more heat. |
