 Used +2 and +3 diopter close-up lenses and full zoom to get in close, even then I had to crop slightly. The shot was taken in the kitchen as even the slightest breeze was causing problems.

Desaturated all colours except yellow and green (mainly to get rid of the noise introduced by the long exposure). Variations was use to boost the yellow slightly and to lighten the image. USM applied twice at 100, 1, 1 and 50, 1, 1.

Nice tones but especially nice textures captured here. Negative space works well to imply more flower.

very well taken..very well compsed..the veins of the flower radiate in contrast to the flowers center nicely. I think a little brighter would enhance the photo.
