A 7 for symmetry and balance. Clean leading lines and good control of the polarizer. The thing that will hurt you is the lack of space at the top of the building. It's a bit too cramped and tight. A bit more sky would have been better.

The title should be more like "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx" I love the rhythm and the simpleness in the photograph
