That's funky. The color of the buidling is drab, maybe you could bump the blue sky next time to compensate.

Interesting indeed - The Rainier Tower in downtown Seattle by Japanese architect Minoru Yamasaki ;) This will generate a bunch of comments as it is unique and interesting. Might I suggest using a polarizer. If it was a cloudy day, an adjustment of levels are in order so as to bring punch the the sky. As it is right now, it doesn't have much punch to it. The bottom part of the image could be cropped as well so the little structure at the bottom is removed (or you could clone it out as well since it's advanced editing).
