I love the tones on this... great job! (I'm not good with b/w, so I'm jealous.)

This is a very cool photo. It actually deserves a 6.

It only might be because the bag is hanging middle of a regular room. If that would have for white walls, or mirrored walls, other than a regular room, could get more points. But it still is an excellent photo for my taste :)

Nice B&W. Don't care to much for the inner border but overall picture is great. 7

Nice black and white conversion, as for the composition maybe you should have included the whole fireplace and less of the ceiling. I don't like the framing though.

The border distracts me, as it looks like a seam or join in the floorboards, at the bottom...

Like the idea but not the lighting.

This is one instance where I don't think the single line within the picture border works - well, it works on the top and sides, but I thought it was a cord across the floor at first. I do like the concept and hope you didn't hang that thing just for the challenge!

Good idea and the parameters (empty room and one item) are certainly met. Normally I don't comment on borders at all, but I find this one distracting as it made me look at it (the lower left corner feels odd). Most of the time borders aren't really noticed much. I wish you had lowered the blinds on all windows. For some reason they take interest away from the piece of gym equipment.

Good tones and I really like that thin border.

Interesting... the big shadow is a bit of a distraction.

This has really good halftones. I'm not a fan of gratuitous B$W so for me to like the mono treatment means you've chosen well and done the right thing. Borders are a win/lose thing on DPC and this time I think it's a lose
