cat in background has demon eyes, distracts the picture
cat to the left isn't overly sharp/in focus.
the message held by the toy isn't easiliy readable (perhaps if you used a thicker marker)
texture of the floor also complicates the image needlessly |

| I would have cropped the red-eyed cat out of the background ... the S.O.S card is overexposed and difficult to look at |
