Hello from the Critique Club!
The first thing I notice it that the focus is off, which I am sure you are aware of already. I also think it is cropped a little too tight. It would be nice if some of the brick wall was visible to the right of the postcard of Lenin (I am assuming it is a post card).
I really like the colors. The bright reds and whites work very well against the weathered brick wall. This really speaks volumes to the point that the USSR was putting tremendous effort into the facade they presented to the rest of the world while behind the scenes they were on the verge of collapse.
I really think that if the focus were sharp, this would have scored a full point higher. I did not vote in this challenge, but with sharp focus, I would have given this a 6.

NOTE.... I'm looking at the image first and tyrying to guess the title. If I can't guess, I can't give high marks :-(
