 I didn't actually take advantage of the Advanced Editing for this competition. The lamp is far too bright, but no amount of editing on my part could make it look normal with out making it look, well, edited. So I did the usual brightness and contrast, a bit of desaturation, and some noise reduction. For you Montrealers, this is taken at the Summit Circle lookout.

The lamp is too big and too bright, I think..

Good composition but the light is overexposed and the boy is somewhat blurred.

Light is over-exposed, otherwise a good image. I like the perspective and angle this was shot at, as well as the casual pose of the model
  Photographer found comment helpful.
