 Far from perfect but I thought it was a respectable entry. Used a selective colour layer to achieve the bright green eyes (while still staying in basic editing rules). Would have liked advaned editing rules to only selectively edit the eyes, stop the nose changing colour and also get rid of the small distracting blue collar.

Although the eyes look great, the over saturation has caused too much green to be in the cat's fur.

This is too much 'made' green for my taste, specially because the spots on the nose turned rather yellowish.4

Unless your cat just put his nose in pee, the color adjustment is showing a bit. But I like the sharpness, the idea and the final result (and I'm a cat lover). 8

Looks like you've increased green saturation; unfortunately it's affected other parts of the image too...I would try to alter the hue of the other colours slightly which can help you avoid this.
