 Pulled image into PhotoShop and applied "Glowing Edge" filter. Made adjustments to the filter to add more color. Also pulled into Corel Painter and helped some of the upper edges be more defined. Then opened in PhotoShop and saved to smaller size.

If the title did not include the word "pages" I would not know what this is. The photo is blurry and strange.
