Like how the green isn't the major part of the image, but it is influences the entire image. Cool slow exposure.

I see the green lights, but not enough to really suit the green challenge...

There is no focus on green in this photo. I see green in the lights, but there is 3 or 4 other things that got my attention before the lights. Beyond the fact that this is the Green II challenge it is a pretty good photo.

Great night shot, Like the use of time lapse as well. I like the use of the star filter as well.
