 Taken with my new Sigma 150mm macro lens and a a 500DG Super flash + Lumiquest mini softbox on the Manfrotto macro bracket from the right.

Thank goodness for flies. They're handy, more or less ever-present subjects for learning macro (speaking from experience, as I have just acquired a macro lens too). Nice photo.

Excellent macro, very sharp! The plant the fly is on, is a great backdrop creates more interest without distraction. Well done!
