 Pretty self-explanatory... I used food dye on eggs and ham.

I actually tried to make the ham and eggs green a number of different ways with no luck and finally got the idea to paint the food dye on. I'm not sure what you mean about the yolk turning see-through, but basically I poached two eggs and used a tiny paintbrush with food coloring to paint the color on. Same goes for the ham, but that was definitely a lot easier haha.

Never seen eggwhites with that texture, also never heard of yolk turning seethrough by adding colour to it. Seems to me that it's mayonaise and yello. As for the ham I can't really figure it out, but reminds me of a pancake with a thin layer of yello on top.

Not saying you didn't use food dye on eggs and ham as you claim, but those are some odd eggs. I smell fish!

Personally, i am not a fan of the egg yolk being green. But it's a nice study and good experiment. I feel the plate should have been there fully, instead of getting cropped.
